National Register Number: 66000940
Significance: The U.S. Naval Base at Pearl Harbor was designated as a National Historic Landmark in 1964. The Ward Field grandstand, classified as a Category 3 structure, is a 51 year old structure located within the Pearl Harbor National Historic Landmark. As a Category 3 structure, it has been determined that Structure No. S1009 functioned as part of the Pearl Harbor Naval Base, but is only of minor importance to the historic character of the National Historic Landmark.
